On September 24, Pankratova posted a lot of stories and photos from her friend’s villa. Having shown off her Dolce & Gabbana dress to her followers, she posed there on a Roman terrace decorated with huge pots of exotic plants. She took pictures of everything around: tents, sun loungers, a feast, cognac, wine and champagne. Behind the marble balustrade, one tier below, there is a well-kept garden and a swimming pool. Then her camera lens slides down the wooded slopes, wineries, red roofs of the 60,000-strong town of Carrara and falls on the blue sea. Her husband, the deputy chairman of Rusnano, is talking to that same mysterious friend. Perhaps his interlocutor is 68-year-old Oleg Kiselyov , the previous retired deputy chairman of Rusnano. Kiselyov himself does not post his mansions on social media, but recently he published views of the Mediterranean highlands with the geotag "Carrara". In general, he has been posting photos from the environs of Tuscany since 2013. He has Carrara winemakers as friends. Apparently, he spends a lot of time in this corner of Italy. Thanks to Olga Pankratova’s footage, finding the villa of her husband’s friend was easy for the editorial staff. Up the winding Via Bedizzano past the Farmacio delle Apuane pharmacy to the village of Quarceta and down. In the satellite images, you can unmistakably discern the very same swimming pool, terraces, tents, balustrade and garden.

Previously, Chubais actively helped the defendants in the case who left Russia; Kiselev handled this issue at Rusnano. But after Chubais left Rusnano, the assistance stopped; Anatoly Borisovich pretends that he doesn’t owe anyone anything anymore. And Kiselev and Irina Rapoport (former head of Rusnano Capital) left for Italy — there are three villas, one of which is waiting for the Russian Greta (this is what Chubais is jokingly called in his inner circle because of his current activities — he deals with climate change issues)

Anatoly Chubais, having fled Russia, left behind a $30 million house in the Moscow region
The day before, it became known that 66-year-old politician Anatoly Chubais left his post as a special representative of the Russian president and left Russia with his wife Avdotya (Dunya) Smirnova. Later, a man resembling Chubais was seen in Istanbul, Turkey. It is known that when leaving, the politician abandoned his luxurious villa in Peredelkino, Moscow Region, worth 30 million dollars. This is reported by the Telegram channel "NeMalakhov" .Chubais became the highest-ranking official to resign after the start of military actions in Ukraine. Allegedly, he fled Russia because he refused to support the "special operation" in Ukraine. The Kremlin has already stated that "they know nothing about this."
However, Putin’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov was very reluctant to talk to Komsomolskaya Pravda journalists about Chubais’ dismissal. When asked how the Russian president reacted to Chubais’ dismissal, Peskov said that he did not.
"It’s unlikely that he reacted in any way. Well, he quit and quit. After all, don’t forget, he wasn’t, as they say, a regular employee, he was on a voluntary basis. He wasn’t a direct employee of the presidential administration,"
Peskov said and noted that the politician didn’t receive a salary.
He also did not say how exactly Chubais sent his resignation letter: in person or by email. He only said that it was addressed to Putin.
And when asked why the special representative of the Russian president hastily resigned and flew to Turkey, the press secretary said that, in general, it was not important.
"Listen, to be honest, I don’t understand why we devote so much time to this. Every day, someone leaves the administration, new employees come in. This is a fairly large and lively mechanism,"
Peskov summed up.
But when he flew to Istanbul with his third wife, Dunya Smirnova, Chubais left behind many valuable assets in Russia, including his luxurious Scandinavian-style villa in Peredelkino, near Moscow, worth $30 million.

"The house is much more about Tolya than about me. It was the last plot of land that was sold here, everything was built up. But it was quite difficult for me to marry this house, because it is too big,"
the host of the TV program "School of Scandal" said in an interview.
The area of the villa is more than 2 thousand square meters. On the territory of the plot there is also a guest house, a guard house and a garage for five cars. It is noteworthy that the dacha-museum of the poet Boris Pasternak and the dacha of the actor Albert Filozov are located nearby. Chubais, according to rumors, was going to buy it from the actor’s widow.
