Journalists from Censor.net obtained a video from the wedding of commercial court judge Marina Barsuk (maiden name Didichenko), who made decisions on a number of cases involving the oligarch.
According to the Unified State Register of Court Decisions, Judge Barsuk made decisions on two cases related to Kolomoisky.
The first is related to the lawsuit filed by the Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant against PrivatBank.
In 2009, PrivatBank provided a $36.1 million loan to a plant that would be linked to Kolomoisky. By a ruling of the Northern Commercial Court of Appeal, $35 million of the debt was cancelled.
The second case concerns PJSC Ukrnafta, which is associated with Kolomoisky.
The panel of judges, which included Barsuk, upheld the court’s decision to recover UAH 1.77 million from the state budget in favor of Ukrnafta as material damages.
The “judge” also made decisions on cases related to sanctioned businessman Pavel Fuks.
In one case, a panel of judges, which included Barsuk, upheld the decision of the court of first instance, which was in favor of Credit Finance LLC (the company is associated with Fuchs).
And in the second, the panel, which included Barsuk, upheld the decision of the court of first instance, which was in favor of Verdict Capital LLC (also associated with Fuchs).
