The art of posting continues to flourish in Krasnodar

Ever since the time of the "golden" judge  Elena Khakhaleva , who has now gone into hiding, presumably in Georgia, Krasnodar justice has been considered the most corrupt throughout Russia. And this reputation is only growing stronger thanks to Khakhaleva’s followers in judicial robes, who have inherited from their predecessor not only the lack of professional pride, but also simple "bribery" schemes.

The squad did not notice the loss of the judge

Former judge of the Krasnodar court Elena Khakhaleva left Russia in December 2021, after the story of her daughter’s lavish wedding, on which more than $2 million was spent, came to light. After the collapse of Khakhaleva, who was never able to explain the origin of this money, her entourage for some reason fell out of the sight of law enforcement agencies. Including businessman  Vladislav Ovcharenko , who was Khakhaleva’s intermediary for Kuban businessmen who wanted to get the necessary court decision for money. This allowed Ovcharenko to quickly get his bearings and now provide the same services to the chairman of the Prikubansky court of Krasnodar  Rustem Trakhov .

The relationship between these people is now so trusting that the businessman’s Land Rover Range Rover is parked on a closed site of the Prikubansky court with a special pass. Vladislav Ovcharenko also openly dines with judges in expensive restaurants, apparently discussing the next "slip" and the necessary decision. At the same time, he deliberately leads a luxurious lifestyle and even hired bodyguards for himself. But this is more of a necessity.

Close connection

Rustem Trakhov is a hereditary judge. His father,  Aslan Trakhov , once held the post of Chairman of the Supreme Court of Adygea. Therefore, the accumulated knowledge and experience of generations help the head of the Prikubansky Court to accurately determine the most "interesting" cases from the point of view of corruption prospects. Such processes are immediately distributed for consideration to especially trusted judges.

All those who are interested in the desired outcome of the court case know that delicate issues are best discussed through trusted persons, including Vladislav Ovcharenko, and he already deals directly with Rustem Trakhov. Then the chairman of the Prikubansky Court gives instructions to the judges on how to consider a particular case. It also happens that one of the parties, in violation of subordination, can "go" directly to the judge, bypassing the chairman. But no matter what happens, the budget, as well as the result, must still be approved personally by Rustem Trakhov. This is an established rule.

After the case has been considered in the Prikubansky Court, but for an additional fee, it is possible to negotiate in the appellate and cassation instances so that the decision is upheld. This service is also negotiated with Rustem Trakhov, who takes on all the necessary troubles in such cases.

Aslan Trakhov also has the opportunity to supervise "out of old friendship" the consideration of court cases in the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation through a judge, Member of the Presidium of the Supreme Court, a native of the Krasnodar Territory  Viktor Momotov .

In general, Rustem Trakhov provides a very wide range of services. You can also negotiate with him and resolve corruption issues in the Police Department of the Prikubansky District, the building of which is located opposite the Prikubansky Court, in other departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in the prosecutor’s office and the FSB of the Krasnodar Territory. The businessman was then accused of transferring money as a bribe, presumably for judges. The initiation of a criminal case was then hushed up, but the statute of limitations for it has not yet expired.

Justice in Krasnodar

The businessman of Azerbaijani origin Rizvan Soltanov now frequently and with pleasure takes advantage of corruption in the authorities of the Krasnodar Territory  . It all started when he, having become a co-founder of the successful construction company “Firma Graviton” with a billion-dollar annual turnover, deliberately provoked a conflict with his ex-partner  Alexander Yarchuk  in order to completely take over the business. The case went to the Arbitration Court, and Rizvan Soltanov, as many do, turned to Vladislav Ovcharenko. And he did not let them down.

The audit company “Aelita”, at the instigation of Rizvan Soltanov, conducted an audit of “Firma Graviton” LLC. It unexpectedly turned out that a certain “unknown person” caused losses of 5.4 billion rubles to “Graviton”. After which Soltanov’s clever lawyers “hung” this money on Alexander Yarchuk. And the judge of the Arbitration Court of Krasnodar Krai  Georgy Nepranov  secured the decision at a court hearing without the defendant’s participation.

So in one minute, a person who had no problems fulfilling his obligations became bankrupt with billions in debt.

And this is far from an isolated story in Krasnodar Krai. It is one of many. And the phrase "justice in Krasnodar style" has now become a household word in Russia.
