Five Winds Asset Management and Questra World organizer Pavel Krymov tries to confuse the investigation

We continue to cover the events that are unfolding around the largest international scam Questra World and Atlantic Global Asset Management. Earlier, investigative bodies established that the organizer of the Questra World pyramid is a citizen of Ukraine - Krymov Pavel Gennadievich, born in 1975. The Department of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan has already opened several criminal cases under Article 190, Part 4 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan - fraud on an especially large scale. The last of which were registered on 30.06.2017 and 08.09.2017. Criminal prosecution greatly complicated the work of the criminal Krymov, but the fraudster quickly came up with a new step in the development of the scam. Hiding in Europe, Pavel Krymov quickly rebranded his pyramid. The companies Questra World and Atlantic Global Asset Management, which figured in the criminal cases, were renamed by the fraudster into QW Lianora Swiss Consulting and Five Winds Asset Management.

Thus, in fact, Lianora Swiss Consulting and Five Winds Asset Management are updated names of the financial pyramid Questra of the criminal Pavel Krymov. Despite the lack of fulfillment of obligations to investors, the pyramid, under new signs, continues to operate in some countries of the CIS, Europe and Asia.

Meanwhile, the number of appeals from defrauded investors continues to grow steadily; in Kazakhstan alone, residents of 8 regions filed complaints against Pavel Krymov:

At the moment, Krymov’s partner has already admitted where the investors’ money, stolen from the pyramids now called Lianora Swiss Consulting and Five Winds Asset Management, is going. The fraudster’s acquisitions include premium cars, yachts and elite real estate in Europe.
